Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Thane, Maharashtra within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your pin code. Remote areas, the North East, Jammu and Kashmir and the islands can take a few days longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only at launch: UPI, cards and net banking. Cash on delivery is not available yet.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. Tracking can take a few hours to start updating.

Missed deliveries

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. Please keep your phone reachable, since most failed deliveries happen when the courier cannot reach the customer. If all attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we refund the order value minus the shipping we paid.

Wrong or incomplete address

Write to hello@sundayish.in immediately if your address needs correcting. We can change it before dispatch only.
